In addition to our ongoing service opportunities, we have 10 teams that work within our community to grow fellowship among parents and families. We are looking forward to connecting with you and adding your talents to our Ram Family as we all work towards our mission of educating each child on how to live and uphold the teaching of Jesus Christ!

New Family Welcome
Current Team Leader: Emma Reiger- Sign up to be a Welcome Family! - Invite assigned family to 2 or more events
- Examples include dinner at your own house, out to coffee, or to a sporting event at school
- Provide new families with information about Ram Family, share Calendar, and volunteer opportunities
Room Head Sponsor
Current Team Leader: Sarah Pekar
Room Sponsors Still Needed: Grade 5, House of Ambrose, House of Augustine, and House of Chrysostom
Each class needs one volunteer who will coordinate the following activities:- Be present at Back to School night as representative of grade level
- Organize class celebrations - Class Saint Celebration Day, teacher birthday, Christmas, End of Year Celebrations, Catholic Schools Week (Book Fair and Family Luncheon)
- Coordinate Fall Fest items for basket
- Coordinate Spring Gala items for basket
- Coordinate classroom collections of fundraising items
- Assist with planning of field trips (chaperone list, scheduling)
- Field Day class shirts (not required)
- Communicate with parents consistently and effectively (GroupMe suggested)
- Meet day to day needs of teacher & their requests
In Need of a Team Leader
Shepards in Action- Foster a community of fathers and grandfathers at the school
- Involved in safety on campus, prayer, fundraising, and community events
- Coordinate volunteers (If interested in events on campus with students, must be EIM (Virtus) certified
- Hold monthly meetings along with involvement throughout the year
- Examples of this include but not limited to: Prayer time, men’s breakfasts, adventures and excursions, and fundraising efforts
Lunch Volunteering
Current Team Leader: Abby Johnson- Each month there is availability for parents to aid young students during the ELC and Elementary lunch hours.
- Things you will be asked to do include opening milk cartons, grabbing napkins or plasticware for a student, and cleaning up.
- A Monthly Sign-Up Genius will be circulated in the Ram Report and in your classroom GroupMe for sign up times.
Class Breakfasts
Current Team Leader: DeAnn Stuart- Aid in the setup and clean up of breakfasts.
Uniform Closet
Current Team Leader: Wilbert Family- Help manage donations
- Aid in setup of closet when it is time
Safety Patrol
In Need of a Team Leader- Recruit and manage volunteers for morning drop-off (opening doors and welcoming students to school) via Sign Up Genius
- Ensure the sign-ups are circulated in the Ram Report and known about throughout the school by giving a link to the Room Sponsor Head each month
- Virtus (EIM) training needs to be completed to participate in this volunteer activity
Bus Coordinator
In Need of Team Leader- Coordinate and secure annual bus schedule/route to and from school for pick up & drop off .
- Communicate with Ram Family at Monthly General Meetings regarding questions or concerns about upcoming bus route for following month
Prayer Warriors
Current Team Leaders: Daniel & Irina Salazar- Join our growing prayer warrior team!

Volunteer Coordinator
In need of a Team Leader- Aid in recruiting volunteers as needed throughout the school year for events and activities
