Fundraising

We have 4 teams that work within our community to raise funds in order for our school to flourish! Are you interested in being a team leader or joining a fundraising team? We are looking forward to connecting with you and adding your talents to our Ram Family as we all work towards our mission of educating each child on how to live and uphold the teaching of Jesus Christ! 

In Need of 2 Team Leaders

• Work hand in hand with Tessa Streit, our Development Director
• Responsible for events and initiatives involving fundraising from families within the school
• Dedicated, motivated and skilled at planning events
• Responsible for planning, organizing and launching
• Work with Volunteer Coordinator to recruit individuals to run events
• Passionate and motivated, organized and technical
• Work with outside fundraising co-chairs as we work towards our Ram Family yearly fundraising goal

Outside Fundraising 
In Need of 2 Team Leaders

• Work hand in hand with Tessa Streit, our Development Director 
• Dedicated, motivated and skilled at planning events
• Responsible for planning, recruiting volunteers (with help of Volunteer Coordinator) and executing fundraising events 
• Grow networks in the surrounding towns for fundraising efforts as well as getting involved in the Taylor community itself
  • Will manage heads of Georgetown, Manor, Granger, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Hutto, Elgin, Rockdale, Cornhill, Cedar Park etc. 
• Work with inside fundraising co-chairs towards our Ram Family yearly fundraising goal

Ram Family Quarterly Event (Fall, Winter, Spring)
In Need of 2 Team Leaders

• Recruits and manages volunteers for each quarterly event held by Ram Family 
• Works with Ram Family leadership to plan, communicate and execute events
• Virtus (EIM) training needs to be completed to participate in this volunteer activity

Spring Gala Coordinator 
In Need of 2 Team Leaders 

• Work with Tessa Streit, Director of Development, to aid in execution of Spring Gala 
• Recruit and manage volunteers for Spring Gala planning, set-up, event execution, and clean-up
• Organize and work with volunteers to obtain sponsors 
• Gather ads and develop Gala program 
• Ensure all sponsors receive recognition at Gala
• Follow up with thank you notes to all sponsors
